At Kentious, we strive for the satisfaction of our customers. We understand the importance of trust in online shopping, and we are dedicated to ensuring that you are pleased with your purchase. In case there are any discrepancies, we offer a 15-day return & exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• The period for return & exchange should not exceed 15 days from the receipt of the original order.
• All items must be in their pristine condition, devoid of any scratches or wear. They should not be altered in any manner.
• When executing a return or exchange, customers are mandated to use a shipping method that provides tracking. Untracked returns or exchanges will be disregarded.
• For returns, any complimentary gifts received should be returned with the items. If not, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
• For exchanges, should your location be categorized as a remote area, there might be associated remote fees. You will be intimated beforehand about any such charges.

Note: Please avoid sending your return to the address on the package. This is not our returns address and will disrupt the processing of your return.

Non-Refundable Items

• Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or resizing.
• Customized items, including specific stone colors, metals, or chain lengths, are non-refundable.
• Items with personalizations, such as engravings and photos, are non-refundable. 
• Special order items, which include changes in plating, stone colors, partial sets, or engraved jewelry, are non-refundable.
• Rings with bespoke sizes are non-refundable.
• Items that lack the jewelry tag or have been worn, altered, or damaged are non-refundable. They will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
• Items provided as a Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, please allow up to 3-5 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit upon request.

Please Note:

• Should you wish for a refund to your original payment method, contact our Kentious representative for authorization.
• The original shipping rate (before any discounts) is non-refundable. Even if you availed free or discounted shipping, we bear the full shipping cost for each order.
• Return shipping fees for remote areas are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Self-Service Return & Exchange Instructions

We recommend returning items by mail by following the steps below.

– Send 01 email to [email protected] with order number + Return reason.

– We will provide return labels by mail + Customer packages the returned product.

– For US and International orders: Send us at the return address 8484 Progress Dr, Frederick, MD 21701, United States.

– For Vietnam orders: Send us at the return address 43 Phuong Bai, Bien Giang, Ha Dong, Ha Noi 100000, Vietnam.

Cancellation Policy

Your order details are crucial. Review personalization, engravings, and any special requests before placing your order. If you have concerns, reach out to us before finalizing your purchase.

Generally, all items are processed 120 minutes post payment. Consequently, cancellations post this period will entail  material and processing fee.
